First off, Code Geass episodes 24 and 25 won’t be airing until Summer of 2007. That’s what the current rumor is flying about. Make recap episodes and I guess this happens, since the two recap episodes ate up the time that Code Geass was suppose to be in. Japanese has a lot of different stations that serve different areas (little unlike what we have), so they just can’t move something about for Geass 24 and 25 on that many stations.
As for 23, I suggest no one download the raw. Might as well make it last as long as possible. If you want spoilers, they are below.
Looks like Zero wounds Euphie and Suzaku takes her back to the hospital where she dies. V.V. shows up and probably gives Suzaku the geass (haven’t confirmed this). Everyone goes emo and then they ramp up for the final battle which will be 24 and 25.

What iv heard is that V.V. is Actually the militarys doing again. Seems like she didnt find him she was sent to him. So as the saying goes fight fire with fire
Actually episode 24 and 25 will be about 2 hours long and the rumor that C.C. is going to die is false (I believe newtype spoiled everything recently). It’s going to be insane.
