In this Tera Alchemy Leveling Guide we at Fantasy Dimensions will help you better understand the TERA Alchemy system and help you level your character’s trade skill much easier.

I. Gathering

Gathering is one of the most important parts of leveling Alchemy, you’re going to want to gather Plants, Ores, and Essences for Alchemy. So any time you see a node, get it! Most people think that Essences are for Alchemy, Plants are for Tailoring, and Ores are for Weaponsmithing, but Alchemy requires all three!

Where is the best place to farm materials for Alchemy?

The best place that I have found to farm tier 1 materials for alchemy is Northeast and Northwest of the Mysterious Ruins part of the Island of Dawn. The best way to go about this is to go to a low population channel with no competition, and continue running back and forth between Northeast and Northwest. The reason that this place is so great is that it is filled to the brim with materials, yet the monsters never attack you, and there’s hardly any competition! Great huh?

II. Alchemy Crafting

The best way to go about this is to gather lots of materials before you start. Once you have all of your materials on hand, make sure that you have an abundance of gold if you are a low level character, because the materials from the vendor is going to cost a ton. I think that 30 gold is a good starting place, so that you don’t overspend and have money trouble in other parts of the game.

Leveling up Alchemy

Leveling up Alchemy is pretty straightforward, you’re going to want to stick with converting raw materials into refined materials from 1-250, because until you hit 250 you can level up a crafting skill using solely raw materials that you’ve acquired during your questing. for Alchemy these are Krymetal Ore -> Krymetal Ingot, Verdra Fiber -> Verdracloth, and Sunessence -> Deosilex etc etc. This is the best way to level up all tradeskills from 1-250.

Nope. I viewed a few episodes and I almost got sick from how they stretched it out. It was almost if you forced an aspect ratio change. Let me tell you, I love Gundam SEED, but I don’t love seeing Mwu’s face stretched across the entire screen. There are some really good remasters that either redraw the entire anime or remaster it properly (Dragonball Z Kai) while others that just totally destroy it. In this case, they did a horrible job. Now, when I say horrible, I mean it’s still okay, but there are times you’ll have a double take when someone’s face is too long or too big.

Now, aspect ratio aside, they have been doing a fantastic job of touching up the quality. The original was, of course, produced in 2002 when post processing was limited to maybe clearing it up a bit. In this case, the colors are a lot more vibrant and the overall anime is clean. That doesn’t help, of course, when someone’s face is distorted from the horrible stretching.

Let’s best honest though, this is Gundam and the point of Gundam is to, of course, sell toys. They’ve got the molds and the toys, so reairing the series and touching it up a bit drums up interest in Strike Freedom kits and action figures. That’s the point of Gundam and will always be the point, and Gundam SEED as as series suffered horribly from it. Considering that the original X105 Strike unit had AILE STRIKE, SWORD STRIKE, LAUNCHER STRIKE, and a few others is just proof positive that they were going for the toys hard and fast. I don’t remember if Gundam 00 suffered from such obvious toy marketing, but yeah.

That’s pretty much it. If you’ve got the old Gundam SEED DVDs then don’t bother with the remastered version. Whenever they launch it here in the states and, if you’re a hardcore fan, consider picking it up on BLU-Ray, but otherwise don’t bother. The quality is much better and cleaner, but the aspect ratio switch is dizzying and off-putting.

Master Yi

Even though he seethed with impatience, his rage became a tool for sharpening his practice of Wuju, developing stronger and deadlier skills for his eventual vengeance. The only thing that roused him was news of the League’s formation, and Noxus’s subsequent enrollment in the League. Master Yi now brings his mastery of the blade to the League of Legends with unflinching purpose: to avenge his kinfolk and end the predations of the Noxus once and for all.

Why do I believe Master Yi is one of the Most Overpowered League of Legends Champions?

Master Yi is the most overpowered League of Legends champion when fed. He is a complete powerhouse that almost no champion can 1v1 without severe consequences, and if left alone in a team fight, will literally wreck your entire team before you know it. Master Yi’s damage is unparalleled for a melee carry. And with the amount of mobility and survive-ability this guy has 1 on 1, you’ll be farming the other team very early in the game if you play him right!

What’s so special about Master Yi?

The big deciding factor of Master Yi is his unique trait. Master Yi’s cooldowns are completely reset whenever he kills a champion, and when he gets an assist his cooldowns are halved. This means that you can continue killing champions every time you kill one with completely fresh cooldowns. If you get fed early game, there is literally no stopping you, and quadra/penta-kills will be common for you. You also have Double Strike. Which causes every 7th attack you do to strike twice! It will even work on crits!

What other cool abilities does Master Yi have?

Master Yi can dash around the battlefield very quickly, and can also heal himself very effectively with his heal, that grants him most of his health and increases his armor and magic resist by a wopping 300 at rank 1! He can also ignore slows with his Highlander spell. Causing you to be able to speed up to your enemy with ease!

What is Master Yi’s downfall?

The downfall of Master Yi is that he’s very squishy in team fights, doesn’t have much health until you grab some pretty pricey items, and is vulnerable to disables. But once you get past those, he really has no other downfalls. He’s one of the strongest melee characters in the game.

To most, thoughts of yordles do not conjure images to be feared. The easygoing half-pint race, though fierce, is often regarded with some degree of joviality. Their high-pitched voices and naturally cute forms inspire something of a protective instinct in the larger races, or at least bring to mind images of children playing at being adults. Every now and again, however, a yordle turns so bad that, even at its small stature, it strikes terror into the hearts of others. Veigar is such a twisted yordle. As a master of the magical black arts, as well as a corrupter of cosmic energy, he is one of the most powerful sorcerers on Valoran.
As a child, Veigar was a normal yordle with one small exception – he had a deep curiosity for the world beyond Bandle City. The young yordle spent much of his time studying the rest of Valoran, and he jumped at the chance to join a business that traded with other major city-states. Unfortunately for both him and the world, a deal with Noxian traders turned into shady business and went bad; Veigar and his companions were subsequently set up to take the fall. Arrested by the authorities, he was imprisoned within the walls of Noxus for years. Such isolation is very dangerous for yordles – undoubtedly why his cruel jailers did such a thing – and Veigar was slowly driven mad.
He eventually escaped, having become a twisted version of his former self. Instead of returning to his people and Bandle City, he sought tutelage from dark wizards across the land. With his demented will focused on one task, he quickly became a dangerous and powerful wizard in his own right. Now he seeks to end all conflict on Valoran by bringing all of the city-states to their knees, regardless of their affiliation. The League of Legends is the perfect tool to help him meet his ends – for now.

Why do I believe Veigar is one of the Most Overpowered League of Legends Champions?

Veigar has a very interesting play-style compared to the other characters in League of Legends. which is why I believe he’s one of the most overpowered League of Legends champions. His combo is exceptionally deadly, and if played right, he deals the most burst damage of all of the champions, and he’s ranged! 

What’s so special about Veigar?

The big deciding factor of Veigar is his unique trait. He gains 1 Ability Power each time he kills an enemy with his “Q” spell. (It can be a Creep, a Champion, or a Neutral Monster.) Additionally, he gains +1(Rank 1) +2(Rank 2) etc etc extra ability power each time he kills a Champion from ANY source of damage. This ability power can add up very quick, and is completely free.

What other cool abilities does Veigar have?

Veigar also has an area-of-effect stun spell. And an area-of-effect nuke spell. His ultimate is pure raw damage. This guy can pump out enough damage in the duration of a stun to kill almost ANY champion in League of Legends. He’s exceptionally powerful when played right and with the right team members backing you up.

What is Veigar’s downfall?

The downfall of Veigar is that he’s very squishy when not properly protected by team members early game. He can be very quickly burst down if you’re not careful with him. He can only burst one person down at a time, so when it’s 2v1 and you’re the 1 it’s best to stay away from the fight.

Abyssal Nautilus – 975 RP

Abyssal Nautilus gives a darker feel to Nautilus, Almost as if he’s more of a Death Aspect, it’s a very scary, evil skin. But it looks absolutely great! I’d say it’s my favorite of the two Nautilus skins in League of Legends, but that’s just because it’s not too show-offy. But is really scary whenever you think about it!

Abyssal Nautilus really reminds me of a Chaos Space Marine from Warhammer 40k. The markings on his plates are even the same. So it might be a spoof of them? I’m not sure, but it’s worth looking into. If you like Warhammer 40k, this skin is the only skin that has that look from what I know. Abyssal Nautilus is 975 RP, which, although pricey, He just came out! This skin is definitely in my opinion a great  choice if you want to be one of the more unique Nautiluses. ^^

Subterranean Nautilus – 975 RP

Subterranean Nautilus is a very crazy rendition of Nautilus. He looks like a robot, like a mean, angry, undersea robot. In my opinion, although this skin is very flashy.. Is that this skin isn’t the best skin for Nautilus. It just looks weird to me. But, compared to the Classic Nautilus skin, and the Abyssal Nautilus skin, it’s definitely the most flashy and unique. The enemy will definitely know you have a unique skin for Nautilus whenever they go up against this robot!

Abyssal Nautilus reminds me of a horror film where a crazy deep-sea robot goes crazy and starts killing everyone on land. It’s a very scary thought, but will probably work good in League of Legends. It’s a very detailed skin, but in my opinion it looks a bit too silly. Just my opinion though! Leave your comments with what you think about this skin! Is it better than Abyssal Nautilus? Vandal Brand – 520 RP

Vandal Brand in my opinion is a very cool skin for the low price of 520 RP. The other skins look better, and are more detailed. But this skin is great if you’re on a budget. I would even say that this skin is one of the best of the Brand skins in League of Legends if you’re on a budget, just because of the human-feel that it brings Brand. It’s a pretty nice skin.

Vandal Brand is for the Brand players that want to be unique but not stick out of the crowd like a sore thumb. It’s quite noticeable that you have a unique skin, but not EXTREMELY noticeable to the point that you are a neon-blue glowing target sign. It’s all according to the players preference, though.

Cryocore Brand – 975 RP

The Blue version of Brand. Cryocore Brand. This skin changes all of your fire spells into Blue-Fire spells. It’s a very neat color, and makes this in my opinion the best Brand skin in League of Legends hands down. No matter what, if you have the money and don’t mind being lit up like a neon blue streetlight, this is the skin for you!

This skill makes Brand so much cooler in my mind, *pun*! It turns all of his orange spells into blue ones. And he looks fantastic in game! Incredibly detailed and he looks very cool in game. You may even be able to fool some inexperienced players as to what champion you are! Overall, this guy is like hot blue lava. Best Brand skin in my opinion!

Apocalyptic Brand – 975 RP

Apocalyptic Brand is sort of inbetween the two skins above. It’s cooler than Vandal Brand, but more expensive. And less cool than Cryocore Brand, yet less noticeable. This is the skin for the people who want the best of both worlds, and is certainly a great job by Riot. This skin is so incredibly detailed that it looks like a totally new mesh!

Apocalyptic Brand is your #1 skin to go to if you don’t want to be too showy, but want to still have that really cool unique-ability that you don’t get with Vandal Brand. This skin is for all of you who don’t mind spending 975 RP for a good skin. I think this is a great skin for people that just want Brand to dawn some new armor on, and look cool while he explodes people into molten fire!

Major Ziggs – 975 RP

Major Ziggs is a great twist on the small little explosive critter known as Ziggs. I wouldn’t want to mess with a midget with this many commendations! This is a definite upgrade in looks and quality over the classic Major Ziggs skin. It’[s a truly great skin for someone who’s wanting to be unique in their League of Legends game, but not turn into a walking target like Mad Scientist Ziggs.

Major Ziggs is a worthwhile investment for people that want to stand out in a game. For the modest amount of 975 RP, it’s a great deal! I’d say it rivals Mad Scientist Ziggs in terms of quality. I really enjoy the way it looks in game, because it’s very neutral in color, which won’t alert your location to the people in the game that don’t pay much attention to their surroundings. Very good investment in terms of sublety!

Mad Scientist Ziggs – 975 RP

Mad Scientist Ziggs turns Ziggs into a walking poison explosion!  Mad Scientist Ziggs will most definitely alert EVERYONE to your position, but at the same time, is the most detailed of all of the Ziggs skins in League of Legends. If you want to be unique and noticeable, definitely pick this skin up for yourself! It’s fantastic!

Mad Scientist Ziggs looks about as goofy as a midget mad scientist can be! He looks hilarious on the playing field, and has a very crazy aura about him. If you want to make sure other people know you have a unique skin, definitely purchase this skin as it will alert -everyone- that you’re not a normal Ziggs! They even changed the bombs that he’s carrying in his hand into poison test-tubes! How creative and detailed! Really like this skin, and I’m sure you will too!

Darkrider Sejuani – 975 RP

Darkrider Sejuani is pretty much the darkside of Sejuani, it’s still an icy-themed look, just instead of riding a white boar, she’s riding a black boar, and instead of “light” armor, she’s wearing “dark” armor, all in all it looks very great and to me, alot better than the Sabretusk Sejuani. I think that this will be the more popular skin, just for the better graphics and very cool ice-blade.

Darkrider Sejuani or, what I would like to call her after SWTOR’s release, Darkside Sejuani is a really great skin by Riot Games, it really changes the feel of Sejuani, from the noble warrior into the death-defying horror she is wearing this skin. In my opinion, this is the best skin out of the two Sejuani skins in League of Legends, just because of how fierce she looks charging into battle!

Sabretusk Sejuani – 975 RP

Sabretusk Sejuani is a more african themed skin than anything, Sejuani is now an african warrior in the rain forest, using nothing but the natural woods as a means to fight and protect herself! I really like this skin, albeit not as much as I do the Darkrider, it’s very woodsy and has alot of tribal flair to it. It looks great to me!

I think Sabretusk Sejuani is a lot more of a niche skin than the other one, and I think it will appeal only to a few players of Riot Games over the Darkrider Sejuani, for that, If you want to be unique in League of Legends, I suggest you choose Sabretusk Sejuani, because I feel that there will be alot less of these skins than the Darkrider skins, by proxy. ^^, Anyways, very detailed skin as well, Riot Games has really stepped up their mark on skins lately!
