So, you’re stuck? Need help? Want to know what to do? Well listen to these tips to help you out!

If you’re trying to get the badges, Rock Mobster Badge and Speed Demon Badge, there’s something you can do to make your life a bit easier!

Step 1: Grow your asteroid over and over again and try not to get hit by anything through the levels.

Step 2: Grow your asteroid so big that you can actually get 2 Powerups instead of 1 by going into the middle of two.

Step 3: Position your giant asteroid in the middle of the “Ally” Powerup and “Grow” Powerup.

Step 4: Continue doing that all the way through, and you will achieve victory!

Asteroids Revenge III – Crash to Survive Review

Asteroids Revenge III – Crasht to Survive is really a great game, and can be done in a variety of ways. You can go for pretty much any powerup and do well, so experiment with them all! I give this game an overall score of 5/5, Because I love the simplicity of the gameplay! It’s very fun and very unique in terms of flash games. I haven’t found any bugs, except for the 2 Powerup bug. If you’re wanting badges, you may have to go through it a few times to get the hang of it, but it’s a very, very fun game other than the difficulty of getting the badges!

I hope you guys have fun, and have gotten help from this Asteroids Revenge III – Crash to Survive Guide / Review!

So, a new Reincarnation is out and it is pretty simple like all of them, which is great! Because I get sick and tired of these adventure games that are impossible to play. Yet, Reincarnation: The Final Happy Hour pretty much is a bit impossible to play with its bug right now. So, here is the walkthrough for the very start:

Go straight to the bathroom and pick up the sponge.

Then go into the game room and grab the chalk from the wall. Grab the dart as well.

Then go straight to the room, erase the board, use the chalk on the board, and wait for the “hit me again” event. Leave and return after his money is gone and take the phone.

So, lets finish out the rest of the walkthrough!

Grab the letter near the car tires. Click it to get a paper clip.

Combine the dart with paper clip.

Use the lockpick on the car to get the medicine.

Grab the cup from the table in the bar.

Grab the hamburger patty from the kitchen room.

Use the cup on the sink to get a cup of water.

Give the water, then the burger, then the medicine to the drunk.

Get his cell phone. Combine his cell phone with the broken one.

Use the phone to call 555-6123.

Return to the bar.

Wait for the scene to play out.

Return to the kitchen, turn the thermostat to hot.

Open the door.

When he enters, close the door then use the mop, and turn the thermostat back to cold.

Victory is yours!

Once again, a really quick, short, easy to figure out game that can be explained in less than 20 steps! Remember, rush straight to the drinker and then erase the board, then use the chalk on it, then wait. Otherwise you might get stuck and need to refresh. Some report nothing they do gets it the first time and they have to refresh, but I don’t think it works that way.

Bartender on the Rocks Badge is awarded when you complete it.

So there is a new game up on Kongregate called which is a pretty OK game, but rather easy. So easy in fact that I’m not going to give a level by level walkthrough, but more like my top 5 tips for completing this game:

The game is easy to play, focus on the center or corners with your nodes. You don’t need 100%, so there is some room to move around, you can pretty much see where the nodes go right when you start.

It is easy to just spam the nodes around and hope for the best. You can remove a node by clicking on it.

On levels where you feel like you should place in the center (like there is blockades surrounding it), try to play around the openings to those blockades. You’ll find that you can use less nodes to get the same effect.

On levels like 21, you think that you need to place the node in the box at the bottom right, but placing it at the OPENING of the blockaded area will not only fill the blockaded area but also the area outside of it.

Did I mention the game is easy? Just try to visualize where to put the nodes and you shouldn’t have any problem.

I think the game is kind of fun. Unlike some games where the challenge rewards you this one just rewards you by letting you beat levels in rapid succession which is a bit refreshing these days. Some games take a bit of joy out of just increasing the difficulty until you can’t really play it anymore, so having an easy game isn’t necessarily a bad thing in my eyes.

The sound isn’t bad either, honestly, and the visuals are pretty ok. I doubt it’ll get badges, but it is a pretty fun time waster.

As you can see here, the best places for the nodes is usually the openings to the blockades.

So, there is a new game up on Kongregate called Cursed Dungeon. It’s a pretty fun game, but we’ve got a few issues. First, the overuse of poser graphics to design the characters / backgrounds. It gives you that horribly gritty ultra fake feel throughout the entire game. It’s pretty annoying because a lot of games these days actually have really well drawn graphics and the age of poser defaults and 3D render backdrops with the default textures ended years ago.

Anyway, it’s pretty annoying graphically and there are a lot better dungeon crawlers out there. However, it has something going for it. That is the most simplified combat system known to mankind. Well, not really, but here is how the game works.

You auto-attack the enemy and can spend “Rage” to use skills. These skills are what tips the battle in your favor. The most important is stun. In most boss fights, the boss will use some ultimate technique (for instance, heal for the Wizard). In that case you’ll need to stun them to stop it. Some of the lesser enemies have strong attacks too, and stun is the quickest cure for it. By the third level, a lot of enemies will have skills, and stun is the best way to deal with it.

You have some other attacks too. Leech, which is great for regenerating some health without using a potion. You have wound, which is a powerful attack and best used during the longer fights. Later in the game you get Head Cracker which is a super powerful hit.

When you level up you get the chance to upgrade your skills. The laws of poorly designed RPGs are in effect which means that haste is always the best stat to take. Since haste is the best skill to take (faster attacks increases DPS dramatically) then the highest damage class is the most important to take, or in other words the Axeman. The Rogue gets a better haste upgrade but at the cost of much lower damage. The Knight gains much more health than the others but meh, you can kill things most of the time before needing it.

The hilarious thing about haste is that it can get so high that you do LESS damage with the abilities that you have to cast vs. just letting auto attack do its thing.

Cursed Dungeon Boss Guide

Okay, get ready to laugh: stun the skills!!!! That’s it. That is ALL you need to do. Hilarious, I know right? The Dragon has a stun and a strong attack. Just stun him instead. The Wizard heals, stun him. The Fallen Demon has a Berserk. Stun him. The Reversal Mirror is to prevent people from jamming all their points into speed. Simply go to town and reset your stats, balance them out.

All bosses can be Wounded, dealing 30% of their health (a massive amount). So be sure to use it as often as possible.

The final boss is a bit harder. He has a heal, stun that, and then he summons monsters. Use the time fighting the monsters to get up enough rage to stun and either wound or head crack him.

So to beat the dragon, wizard, reversal mirror, demon, and necromancer: use stun and potions.

That’s pretty much all there is to this game. The speed perks are really good, if you want to know.

Oh, kind of a cheat for cursed dungeon, but if your potions are maxed out you will get stones instead of potions from the enemies. That’s REALLY helpful.

Another cheat is that you can farm in the first dungeon for as long as you want in the training fight. The stones are much cheaper to buy and you get a ton of gold from achievements. Later on they become much more expensive, meaning that farming and grinding in the first dungeon is the best way to go.

Cyclomaniacs 2 will obviously have badges at some point, so let’s go over how to play the game. It’s exactly like Cyclomaniacs 1, in so much as that it’s a huge grind fest but this time with hardcore annoying voice acting. So, yeah, prepare to suffer a ton and spend forever getting the badges whenever they come out (which they will since this is Cyclomaniacs 2).

UPDATED!! 8/18 and 8/19 the guide is now mostly complete! Locations of riders is added and a walkthrough of the rest of the zones are in!!

LOOKING FOR HOW TO DO STUNTS??? Right below here!!

New stuff is also on page 2!

Cyclomaniacs 2 Guide

Gameplay is simple, use W to speed up (or up arrow key) ad to move and s to stop (or, the arrow keys <>). You need to focus on two main mechanics. The first is that your bike hates you and that you need to avoid touching your drivers body with any part of the terrain, which sends you back to a checkpoint flag. The second is that you need boost to outspeed past the other racers to place anywhere, which means you need to do stunts.

The stunts are as follows:

Front Wheelie – Perch your bike on the front wheel.

Back Wheelie – Perch your bike on the back wheel.

Back Spin – Spin backwards while in the air.

Front Spin – Spin frontwards in the air.

Invert – The hardest one, spend some time upside down while in the air.

Tick Tacks – Move left to right while in the air, not spinning.

What is invert? Well, invert is when you’re upside down in the air and then you return, it’s not a spin, it’s more of a hold yourself in place upside down kind of thing.

What is tick tacks in Cyclomaniacs 2? Well, it’s when you sweep your bike left and then right, like you’re about to spin, but not. Kind of like a rollercoaster. Think about going left a bit, then all the right, before you turn into a spin, head left again. You can chain them rather fast and are good for farming stunt power.

The more stunts that you do the higher your stunt meter goes. The higher the stunt meter the more boost you’ll earn. The more boost = the faster you go. Which on some of the later levels is absolutely needed for Cyclomaniacs 2.

That’s about it for the basics of the game. You can choose your racer which we will outline a little bit below and it affects gameplay slightly. You can also upgrade yourself some, which helps greatly, but unlike other games will not let you instant win. However, you’ll find yourself saving some maps for when you have more cash for upgrades and returning to unlock a racer.

Badge Guide to Cyclomaniacs 2

Okay, so the badges are out, yay!

Easy Rider Badge – Unlock 5 riders. Easy.

Cartographic Crust Badge – Get first pizza slice. See the track listing below.

Unlock 90 total unlockables – Keep racing to unlock things until you have 90 unlocks. You’ll see a ! on maps where there is still things to unlock. Beat the game to unlock A TON of stuff.

Pretty easy badges eh?

Cyclomaniacs 2 Secrets

Before you even start racing, let’s talk secrets. There are a ton of secrets in the game that you might want to unlock just from the start (or for badges) since Cyclomaniacs 2 is HEAVY on secrets. First is the headquarters. Below is an image of various “secret triggers”:

The minigames are as follows

Pizzaroids: Click the power plug next to the T.V. and then open the cabinet. You’ll play a simple game that you’ll need 15,000 points in to unlock Haddock. Some complain about it but *shrug*, max out minigames.

FishiBishi: Eat the smaller fish, you’ll go through a level then you’ll get your 5,000 points around the second one to unlock BOFF

Catflapper: This one is easy, you’re a falling cat and you can hold the mouse button to glide when you have energy (by eating the birds). You can use the various panels to push you up some then use the mouse to hop off of them, saving you a ton of energy. Anyway 1,200 points unlock Pop Jim.

Lava Palava - Easy, just avoid the green stuff and collect the stars. 4,500 gets you Funk Masta Flava.

9Ball – Draw a 9 around the 9 in one motion to get Eightball.

Then there is secrets within the lab too:

First, press the button on the far left, then where it says “puzzle” press the top middle button then the bottom middle button. Then you can do Brain Training where you’ll need to get some points to unlock The Professor (1,000). Kinda hard. The um, door has a free $200 in it. There is an explosive barrel on the other side, but I don’t think it does anything.

Well, then there is ice cream. We’ll go over Ice Cream locations in the track listing. That’s it for secrets in Cyclomaniacs 2.

Beating Cyclomaniacs 2

You can beat the game by collecting the 4 pizza slices (see our track listings for locations) and then beating the last level. Pretty easy, right? Not really, get ready to farm your head off and try, try, and try again on some really insane levels. That isn’t the end though, you get a ton more levels to play after you rescue Jennifer.

Upgrades

Upgrades in Cyclomaniacs 2 works pretty well, basically you can buy levels of them. You’ll want to focus on Speed first and Brake last.

Speed: How fast you go.

Acceleration: How long it takes you to get to your max speed.

Brake: How quickly you can stop. Get this last.

Boost: Upgrades your boost.

Spin: Upgrades how fast you can spin.

Jump: How far you can jump.

Minigame: Some report this has no affect, but I don’t think so (I maxxed it and it works out pretty well for me).

Cyclomaniacs 2 Tips

Make sure you spam up at the start to up your boost.

Use the right bike for the map.

Don’t be afraid to farm easy maps where you make more money.

Expect to take awhile.

Unlike the mini-games first and have some fun with them, although they do cost money.

There is no cheats in Cyclomaniacs 2.

So don’t expect to cheat at Cyclomaniacs 2.

It’s a game of skill, so learn how to do flips and land and do the various tricks for boost. Boost is super important.

Worship your boost, because boost is what keeps you alive and in the front.

Bike / Rider Listings in Cyclomaniacs 2

Bikes come in a few flavors. There are normal bikes, that are just well good all around. Then there is the wheelie bikes that have a huge wheel and small wheel. This lets them do wheelies like mad. Air bikes have a really good spin to them (and very small). Bump bikes usually have weird wheels or a ton of weight to them and go over bumpy maps. A few water boats work on levels with lots of water.

Cycloking: Pretty okay guy for doing Wheelies, but isn’t that great. – Unlocked at the start of the game.

Ninja: All arounder. – Beat the final crashed lair level.

Mr Chopper: Good at wheelies, but sucks when you get airborne or for doing tricks. – Final crashed lair level.

Bad Viking: Sucks. – Meadow Lane in under 50 seconds.

Ice Cream Locations in Cyclomaniacs 2

You can get these and still lose the level and get them, I’m pretty sure.

The Well: Jump over the pit, then get the ice cream and turn around.

The Whale: It’s behind the mammoth, halfway through, thanks sawyers.

The Dunes: It’s behind the start line.

Craggy Peaks: Off the last ramp that you jump off of.

The Drains: At the half way point, jump off the top track.

Pirate Ship: In front of the second ship, should be easy to spot.

Zombooka: It’s behind a zombie somewhere around the second platform.

Meadow Lane: You’ll get stomped if you go too far, but it’s behind the start line.

Rainbow Meadows: Near the second pond.

Craters: You’ll need a ton of boost and a light driver, it’s on the big big jump. You’ll see it if you’re doing the level normally.

The Sun: It’s in the second big trench on the middle.

Vapour Trail: It’s below the startline in the clouds.

Track Listing in Cyclomaniacs 2

This is some of the tips for some of the tracks in the game. By the time you get toward the end of the game you probably won’t need this anymore.

Meadow Lane

The easiest thing out there, you can’t even lose it I don’t think.

Finish 6th or better for Car Park.

Less than 60 seconds to unlock Bad Viking.

The Car Park

Another easy one, like, seriously enjoy these levels and farm as much cash in them as you want since there is little to no challenge.

Finish 5th for Easter Ticket.

You can unlock Captain Star Spangle Banner.

Easter Island

Finish 5th for the Dinosaur Compass

10 or more seconds of air time unlocks Winalot.

The Lost World

Finish 4th for the Devil Burger

10 Front Rolls unlocks Flying Squirrel.

Hell Cave

Finish 4th or higher for Bucket/Spade

8 Back Wheelies unlocks Grim Reaper Rider

The Dunes

4th gets you a Bazooka.

8 Seconds Invert – Air Ticket (actually NOT that hard, just get someone who can spin kind of mediumish and you’ll be fine, do most of it towards the end).

Vapour Trail

4th gets you a Pizza Slice 1

20 Seconds in the air to unlock Fluffie Bunny

Plane Chase (Dino Land with WINALOT)

15 Planes Destroyed – Mushy Peas. Easy with upgrades, destroy as many as you can at the start but rush to the front, you can kind of backup in the rest.

Zombooka World

4th gets you the Time Machine.

Ice Cream is on the top platform.

Back in Time

4th Gets you the Aquarium Ticket

15 Back Rolls – Unlocks Knee Pads (the half-pipe)

The Aquarium

4th Place gets you the Coaster Ticket

Hit level 6 boost for The Mayor

Coaster Zone

4th Place gets you the Shrinkomatic

Scare 45 birds for Lucky Dollar. Just go slow and be sure to get the last few at the end.

Land of Giants

3rd gets you Lucky Clover

10 Front Rolls gets you the Parrot

Lucky Clover gets you into um, Rainbow Meadows, Parrot gets you onboard the Pirates ship.

Rainbow Meadows

3rd or higher gets you Pizza Slice

10 Ticktacks unlocks Man Spider (which opens up his zone)

Knee Pads – The Half Pipe

30 Stunts gets you an award.

Maxxing boost gets you an award.

Probably will come up for badges I bet.

Pirates

3rd gets you the Giant Spoon

5 Front Wheelies gets you Sirbikesalot.

Custardio

3rd gets you Planets Ticket

30 stunts gets you Rocket Panda

Craters

3rd gets you Joystick

25 or more seconds of invert gets you Terminal

Pixel World

3rd gets you Belly Tablets

20 Front Rolls more gets you Meteor

The lower one is what you need to continue and it’s very hard.

The Whale

3rd place gets you the 3rd Pizza Slice.

15 or more back rolls gets you Daft Lorna

I haven’t played that far from here yet, but I know that there is about a few more maps. The Sun, Asteroid, and the Drains. From there I presume you can go into the Super Lair and win. Although with this much info you should be able to easily get past everything. Ice cream is going to be on the badges I bet, we’ll add that when it gets badges.

Okay and we’re back.

Asteroid Top

This level is a joke compared to some of the other ones. I used terminal and 20 stunts comes just naturally.

Finish in 3rd place or better to win Spanner.

Perform at least 20 stunts in total to win Juk Juk Panks.

In Effing Worms, you star as a giant Tremor-worm that literally feasts on everything on the screen. Your goal is to not die, and to eat as many things as you can to grow and literally, get so big you are the entire game screen. xP This Effing Worms Game Guide will get you the badge fast.

Effing Worms Game Guide / Walkthrough

Just recently, Effing Worms got an update, adding a choice of two Upgrades to your worm after every round. This guide will tell you which is the best upgrades to choose and how they will effect your gameplay.

Gargantuan Graboid Gigasmash! Badge

A word on this badge, 10 million points is easy and you’ll get it before the sandbox level. If you are in a hurry, focus more on speed so you can eat more humans as fast as possible.

Level One:

At the first level, you will be just a normal giant worm monster.

Don’t worry though, you won’t be so small for long!

After you complete the first level, you will have to choose either

Sleek Skin(+20% Speed) or Tough Skin(+50% Health)

Thanks to the Effing Worms Game Guide you now know to choose Tough Skin for the +50% Health bonus definitely, as your speed will continue to increase all throughout the game, but your health bar will stay the same, and you sometimes take A LOT of damage at a time. Watch out for the mines and the bombs that are being dropped, you’ll die very quickly if hit.

Level Two:

Moving on to the second level, your size has increased, along with your speed, and the enemies are able to fight back now. Make sure to keep a lookout for your health bar, as you suffer from hunger pains whenever you don’t eat.

After the second level, you will need to choose your second Evolution upgrade. This time having to choose between Fat Tissue(No Hunger Pains) and Adrenaline(2x Rampage Speed)

You must choose Fat Tissue(No Hunger Pains) from this, as Adrenaline is utterly useless and with Hunger Pains (Damage while not eating people) active you will die very quickly in the later levels.

Level Three:

Now that you’re at Level Three, as long as you’ve gotten the Tough Skin/Fat Tissue upgrades, you should be fine, bombs and mines come more frequently, and after your sudden rush of food, food gets very sparse.

Now the time comes for your third Evolution upgrade, which is a choice between Inward Spikes(20% Speed) and Outward Spikes(Spikes That Kill)

Choose Outward Spikes(Spikes That Kill) over Inward Spikes(20% Speed), speed doesn’t really matter anymore and with no hunger pains you are able to camp out underground until you see a potential snack.

Level Four:

Level Four should be easy as long as you’ve gotten the upgrades described above according to our awesome Effing Worms Game Guide. Nothing really special here.

The fourth Evolution upgrade includes Small Tail(+20% Speed) and Big Tail(+50% Health).

Pick Big Tail(+50% Health) for added survivability.

Level Five:

Level Five should be easy as well as long as you’ve gotten the correct upgrades.

The fifth Evolution upgrade choices are Fat Head(-30% Bomb Damage) and Big Teeth(Bigger Mouth).

Choose Big Teeth(Bigger Mouth) as you shouldn’t need any decreased bomb damage, because you’re going to be killing the bombers before they have a chance to drop a bomb with your large fangs!

Last Level:

The last level should be incredibly easy as well, as with the correct upgrades nothing can really phase you, now comes the hard choice in evolution, though.

The last evolution upgrade choices are Gimpy Wings(+50% Score) and Badass Wings(+Flying), Either one of these are a good choice, compared to what you would like to do, after the last level there is a ‘sandbox’ level where you continue to play and kill to see how large you can grow and how many people you can eat, so if you’d like to continue, go for Badass Wings(+Flying), If not, you should grab the Gimpy Wings (+50% Score) and take the major increase to your score.

Sandbox Level:

Here you can grow larger and larger and larger and larger for as long as you’d like, nomming on the humans. Have fun!

Quick-Guide:

For those of you who would like to only know what upgrades to get.

1st: -> Tough Skin(+50% Health)

2nd:->Fat Tissue(No Hunger Pains)

3rd:->Outward Spikes(Spikes That Kill)

4th:->Big Tail(+50% Health)

5th:->Gimpy Wings(+50% Score) or Badass Wings(+Flying)*

*Pick Badass Wings(+Flying) if you’re going to play the Sandbox Level, if not, pick the Gimpy Wings(+50% Score)

See how far you can get on the Sandbox Level before quitting! You can literally grow your worm to take up the -entire- screen! This is as far as I’ve gotten!

So Days of Monsters is an AAA flash game to hit kongregate with some badges, as usual for games of this type. It’s pretty terrible, due to the difficulty (monsters basically want to slay you every single step of the way) and the inane amount of frustration that comes with every single level.

How do you win it you ask (and get the badges). Well, first, stomp your foot and learn to enjoy pain because this game is full of it. Basically your monster stomps from one side of the screen to another destroying stuff. If you collect skulls you can gain energy to use abilities, but all of them drink energy like mad and skulls are nearly impossible to collect. So you wonder, how to beat the game?

Grind. Yep, that’s it. That’s the walkthrough. That’s the description of how bad this game is. Grind. Grind to upload the monkey set (max str) and the robot set (best abilities). Get the laser head and all of the plus STR set and wreck havoc until you beat the game. You’ll die. A LOT, but that’s OK. Then after that it’s challenge time.

You want a level by level run through on how to get the challenges? Well, I’ll give you it: if you need to kill x amount of things then spam space to stand still until they come to you and hope you don’t die between here and there. If you need to collect x amount of souls then make sure you equip low STR items to slowly farm the buildings (they’ll unload people until they’re destroyed by a certain amount). Try to do these early, before you gain the STR upgrades from completing challenges.

That’s about it to the entire game. Oh, and enjoy trying to load the map selection screen about 100 times and it playing through the animation. >_<

So My Pet Protector 2 is out, doesn’t have badges yet, but it’ll probably get badges at some point.

Let’s talk about what’s new first of all. Before that, the mute button is on the bottom left on the intro screen (where you choose to continue). Beside the little speaker is a bar so you can turn the music down.

Below you’ll find info on crafting, enchanting, adventuring, stress, and even maps to the treasure. Be sure to look through to find what you need to know!

You get a much more robust character creation system, you need to “rebuild” the town with materials you find out in the wild, and there are a lot more dungeons. Go read the My Pet Protector Walkthrough for a basic how-to on the series. We’ll go into mostly what’s new here. Let’s start with making a character.

Creating a Character

Make a choice. Do you want to do magic or do you want to do melee? Here are the direct benefits. Magic uses MP while melee attacks do not. Magic uses spells and Melee use melee skills. I find, like in every flash game, melee is easier to play and less work. With magic you have to use MP for your regular attacks while melee can just smash everything in its way.

You will be presented with a ton of options. Choose the ones that fit into either “pure magic” or “pure melee” and skip any that give you just money or just gear, because those take less time to get as you advance.

The Game Basics

Basically you’re raising a hero up from a kid and you have a certain point before he goes out on his own. He’s kind of like your apprentice. There are four major aspects to this game: adventuring, training, town rebuilding, and work.

Basic Winning Strategy

The basic strategy is different this time around because of town building. You need to build up your town to make training efficient and open up jobs. Of course, you can specialize into certain buildings for work/training and in turn need to use less materials, but you’ll have to actually go into combat fairly early to make training worthwhile.

So essentially your goal will be to start off by working, earning a bit of money, then training your combat skills a bit. When you feel confident, go out and into the dungeons and start fighting. Stop when you find yourself dying. Go back, spend whatever building materials you have, sell your loot, work, and train. Working will provide you with stat increases that you’ll need and money while training will buff you up.

Honestly, that is all there is to it. You need to increase Bravery in order to unlock more adventure locations and you’ll need Tactics for skills and to help avoid missing, but outside of that there isn’t much you need to worry about.

Working Day & Night

Here is a list of what stats each job affects:

Sweeper: +Humility -Compassion
Babysitting: +Compassion -Humility
Rat Catch: +Bravery -Refinement
Labourer: +Temperament -Refinement
Scribe: +Refinement -Bravery
Squire: +Tactics -Compassion
Nurse: +Healing -Charm
Builder: +Construction -Refinement
Tailor: +Tailoring -Bravery
Smith: +Smithing -Compassion
Hunter: +Scavanging -Temperament
Librarian: +Enchanting (BIG if you want to craft) -Bravery
Muscician: +Charm -Humility
Apprentice: +Enchanting -Tactics
Politician: +Charm +Refinement
Warden: +Compassion +Magical Defense
Banker: +Refinement +Scavanging
Guard: +Bravery +Combat Attack
Ninja: +Tactics +Combat Defense
Trainer: +Temperament +Bravery

Pick jobs that align to your combat style (melee or magic) so that you’ll get either Strength or Wisdom boosts and be sure to take jobs that buff stats that you need. Bravery is important for finding new dungeons, Charm reduces the cost of things, Tactics is part of the to-hit formula, and Construction makes it cheaper (both in gold and materials) to fix the town up. So keep that in mind as you pick what jobs you take. Also remember that if you “fail” a day at a job you won’t get cash for that day.

Stress and Resting

If you’ve worked any then you should notice the stress bar at the top. That fills up as you work, train, move through dungeons, go into combat, or click on a tile in an adventure area. To lower it you’ll need to go to the Rest tab. You want to unlock the other areas by adventuring as FAST as possible in order to get the most benefit from them (they often give stat boosts) and they’re cheaper than having to unlock levels on your house or the gardens. You can get the castle in the desert.

Training, Skills, and Crafting

Training is pretty self explanatory. You spend money (reduced by the level of the building associated with what you’re training and your Charm) and in return you gain skill points. Every skill can go from 0 to 1,000 and they’re all pretty useful, if for nothing more than the end ranking. Again, at the start you’re going to want to focus on combat (so train Melee if you want to go Melee, Magic if you want to go Magic) and Tactics is useful all around for being able to hit stuff.

You can craft things by “training” the crafting profession. It maxes out at about 50% once you’re at 1,000 Tailoring or Blacksmithing. If you create an item you get the chance to Enchant it, which is abysmally low until you train Enchanting. That’s done through work (skills increase through work too, as mentioned above). Your endgoal is to make Superior Godlike items, but I’m not sure if it’s possible to get those and do everything else within the time limit.

Adventuring – Dungeons & Adventure Locations

Every time you move you use stress, every time you battle you use stress, every panel you open in an adventure you use stress. Stress management is the key here. Fights do not give you XP, just gold, which can be turned into training. So you should avoid all non-essential fights on your way to pick up that dungeon’s blue loot boxes. We have maps below that detail where each blue box is, but that’s only interesting if and when the game gets badges.

Adventure spots are important because they unlock resting places that give you stat bonuses. The garden can be max upgraded to really remove stress, but the other locations are key for stat boosts. Plus you can get some gold out of them.

More on Crafting & Enchanting

Ok, a question everyone asks is how do you craft and enchant weapons? Well, it’s simple. First you need to max enchanting and the profession (tailoring or blacksmithing) out. You can level both of those up as jobs which is what I recommend. When they’re at max you’ll have about a 50% chance to make a weapon and another 50% chance to enchant it. You’ll need to go to the training tab and “train” in blacksmithing or tailoring in order to have a chance at a “create an item” popup. When you get that popup you’ll see your chance of success. If you choose to make the weapon and are successful then you’ll be given the chance to enchant it. If you choose to enchant the item then you’ll have a chance at either getting a powerful item OR it failing. By default, the chance to enchant is like 2% so you have to train Enchanting to get a result from it!

Satan

That’s one mean bunny. Max out your combat, max out your tactics, farm con/str, get a good set of armor, and a ton of potions. Like, A METRIC TON. Then spam potions and beat him down. His lair shows up after you beat the previous two hell maps which unlock at max Bravery.

Blue Treasure Locations

Below are maps of all of the blue treasures:

Titan’s Hall

Fairly easy dungeon for a red dungeon. You just need to go to the far left in order to pick up the blue treasure. Avoid the extra enemies hanging around.

Satan’s Lair

Defeat Satan (spam potions) and this treasure will be yours.

Demon Mines

Be sure to go into the room on the left, there is a ton of materials there.

Sturdy Passage

Easy, few enemies in your way.

Broken Shipyard

Rest of them in a Gallery

I’ll sorry ‘em as soon as I get time, feel free to comment if you want me to hurry up or find ‘em useful.

Oh boy, this is a game I do not like at all. Why? Because it’s another one of those kind of arty games that involve some kind of new idea that ends up being frustrating which justifies it as being cool. Well, to the game.

The premise is simple. You have until the end of the day (which is determined by your learning skill) to level up jumping, running, collection, healing, and fortitude. All of them are self explanatory. Fortitude is from being hit and healing is from regeneration.

The world is rather small to. There is the area in the south that involves lava and the area above that leads to a sky city. The sky city will be your main source of skills. There is also a city of rabbits in the lava area. All areas are fairly easy to get to and doesn’t need a lot of work.

To beat the game you have to get all five stats maxed and then visit the computer. The computer is on the way up and is unlocked with gems. If you fail to “win” the game you’ll have to fight your shadow. If you lose then you’ll find yourself back into the world with all of your skills set at 0 (except the ones you buy). If you win then you can play and never have your skills reset (basically giving you a free way to win). The shadow will come back, again, though even if you win.

Each time you lose you get an additional hour in your day, although I don’t know to what limit (I think by the 5th time you get 12 full game hours or 12 irl minutes), however once you have enough gems and all of the skills plus a ton of time you can easily beat the shadow by always staying hit and regenerating your health back quickly with max health.

Anyway on to the achievements:

Gem Collector Badge: Just collect 100 gems.

Tag all 10 Mailboxes: Do a loop around the world (either start on the right or left side) and you’ll hit all 10.

Complete Your Adventure: Easy way is just to lose the shadow and spend every day getting skills like double jump, hardy, etc. Then either beat the shadow or just spend all day getting hit, running, jumping, and collecting to max your skills out and talk to the computer. Hard way is to beat the shadow, then level everything up at your leisure.

Obsessive Badge: Beat your shadow and then get hit by every enemy, get every gem, turn on the water main, and explore everything. Rather simple since there isn’t a lot. JayIsGames has a complete codex list here if you’re missing something. Once you have all the mail boxes you’ll pretty much have most of the gems and gotten hit by everything.

Anyway, the game is pretty lame and a non-game (since you can’t lose and you’ll always be grinding up towards an eventual finish). Oh, and don’t bother with the challenges. They’re lame. Buy your skills from the guys in the tower with computer faces.

You can buy more health from the boy for 50 gems each. Dash lets you dash and double jump lets you well, double jump. Regen is key, it lets you regenerate always. Hardy is well, duh, makes you more hardy. Radar shows where you are.

Beating the Shadow:

Why not, here is an easy way to do it. You can just dash around beating into the walls and knocking yourself out in order to regen the health you lose. While stunned you’re invincible and the shadow will just beat itself into the ground. You can also just dodge around while maxed out with all the skills and a ton of health and fight it that way. It needs to hurt itself to beat itself.

Well, that’s about it. Gather Up! the “sequel” or “prequel” actually looks fun, interesting, and promising. Since it looks to be, you know, a game.

How to Raise a Dragon is perhaps the best / worst game ever, except it’s not and it’s pretty terrible. Essentially here is how it plays off. It’s an 8-bit game is art concotion that establishes the life of a dragon up until its or the heroes defeat. There are four life stages, baby, adolescence, adult, and hero.

Alright so what does all of this mean? Well it means there is a card for about a week, an easy badge, and a medium badge. Start the game off with by hitting left or right arrow keys and break out of the egg then keep going until you hit adolescence. A wizard will eventually capture you.

At adolescence the game starts. If you eat so much life, fire, or nature you’ll gain that “breath”. Each breath has 2 behaviors (2 things they do like grow trees/restore crops), then there is a none. Eat things in the castle (like fire for fire breath) to unlock that ability then use it to escape. Life on the wizard at top, nature on the far left, and fire on the hay. You can also choose none but going into the sewers and leaving that way. The bheaviors are triggered as follows:

Fertile: Use it only on fertile grounds only.

Fertile: Use plant breath on everything.

Fire: Burn Everything

Fire: Burn just the trees

Life: Heal everyone who is injured, but not the dead.

Life: Revive everyone.

None: Rampage around on everything.

None: Do nothing

There is actually 8, but you only need 7 for the badge.

If you’re having a hard time finding fire, there is acancel in the bottom room, a fire in the fireplace, a fire on the top right room, and a candle in the colorful room.

Anyway, once you leave you have two resting spots: on the castle and on the cliffe and then you’re the hero. The hero can do a few things, bring gifts to the dragon (money/flower) or kill the dragon. The title you get depends on how the dragon behaved and what you do to the dragon. One is for killing the dragon, one is for dying to the dragon, one is for befriending a good dragon, another is for befriending a bad ragon, then the last is to shoot the dragon 14 times, get hit twice, then shoot one last time to die with the dragon.

Really the game doesn’t deserve badges, it’s lame and stupid. It’s short and tries to convey some kind of artistic message but that’s not fun. It’s a simple grind fest with no ability or consquence other than wasting more time should you mess up one of the behaviors.

Badges are badges though, at least that’s how some people view it.
