The CorSec criminal report for Kaliyo D’jannis contains a pixelated holoimage showing a top Exchange gangster with his arm draped affectionately around a tiny Rattataki woman. In one hand, the woman is triumphantly hoisting an assault rifle; with the other, she’s lifting a wine bottle to her associate’s lips.

Thanks to contradictory accounts, Kaliyo’s personal history is murky at best. For at least a decade, she’s worked as a freelance enforcer and assassin for a half-dozen criminal syndicates, served time in prison, and kept close ties to a violent anarchist cell. Whether she’s genuinely political or just in it for the thrills, nobody seems to know.

Only when firepower fails Kaliyo does she fall back on her charm–and the underworld does seem to find her dangerously charming. Jilted associates describe her as manipulative, while other colleagues remain infatuated long after her departure. Regardless, anyone working with or against Kaliyo should be extremely cautious–no one walks away from the Rattataki unscathed.

Kaliyo D’jannis loves Disrespecting Authority! It’s just the Rattataki way! If you’re ever in a situation where you can disrespect someone’s authority, and blatantly disregard everything they have to tell you, Kaliyo will be so thrilled! (i.e. Anytime anyone asks you to do things their way, tell them you’re going to do it your way.)

Another thing that Kaliyo D’jannis loves doing is causing violence, anything violence related makes her thrilled! (i.e. Dark Side options that lead to violence, and just everyday run of the mill “I want to see violence” dialogue options work as well!)

Anarchy! That’s the last thing Kaliyo D’jannis is madly in love with! If you are an anarchist Imperial Agent, She will fall right into your arms! Anything that could be considered as Anarchist, or causing Anarchy, is something that Kaliyo can’t get enough of!

Basically, in order to make Kaliyo D’jannis happy, just be as bad and wild as you can possibly be in this game, she’ll love it!

Kaliyo D’jannis Dislikes:

Don’t be taken advantage of. Kaliyo D’jannis doesn’t want to be associated with someone weak and cowardly, ‘specially if they’re being taken advantage of! (i.e. don’t fall for the “Let’s have a drink!” dialogue options, which could lead to you being poisoned etc.)

If you sacrifice something for the good of others, Kaliyo D’jannis will get upset with you. Try not to lose out on credits just so that someone can feel good!

Don’t be Obedient to anyone, and don’t be Sincere, Kaliyo D’jannis doesn’t understand that, and she doesn’t want any part of it.

I know you’re an Imperial Agent, But don’t have Patriotic Spirit to the Empire! If you say “Glory to the Empire!” Kaliyo D’jannis will say “You’re stupid.” Kaliyo D’jannis doesn’t care one bit about the Empire, and she doesn’t want to constantly hear about how good it is!
